Public Hospitals and Rural Schools Support for Covid 19 Resources
Provision of schooling funds and exposure to necessary key
objects rural students learn about but never come across as building blocks of
a brighter future.
We strive to get rid of the notion that has
been adopted by the society that since the rural areas are less developed no
greatness can come out of what has been labelled an area of hopelessness.
Gweru General Hospital
We seek Surgical Masks, Medical Respirators, Face Shields, Sanitizer, Gloves, Disposable Coveralls and Cloth Masks for lower risk scenarios and daily travel to and from work. You can also contribute towards logistics and admin such as transported the donated goods to the required locations.
Rural Primary Schools
Sanitisers, ‘Tippy Tap Stations‘ for washing hands, Soap, Cloth masks, Face Shields, Stationery, Food that can be easily cooked and distributed at school. (Majority of students live far below the poverty line), Volunteers to build Tippy Taps from everyday materials like sticks. The schools could also use funding to improve available learning areas. It is difficult to implement social distancing when there is already a shortage of classrooms and furniture.
